Our company has been researching sapphire for more than ten years, using HEM heat exchange method crystal growth equipment and improved technology, and has obtained a number of sapphire applications and other technology and equipment patents to achieve comprehensive coverage of sapphire consumer applications.
The sliding pencil is 10mm long, and the angle between the 1kg pencil lead and the surface to be tested is 45°, and the speed is 0.5-1mm/s, and 5 pieces are tested. Test pencil hardness is 8H.
The Mohs hardness test requires a Mohs hardness pen to draw 3-5 cycles on the sapphire surface, and a Mohs hardness test pen of grade 8-9 is used.
The anti-fingerprint test will use steel wool to rub the surface, and then test the angle of the water droplet attached to the sapphire surface. The load is 1kg, the stroke is 2cm, the speed is 50 times per minute, and the number of tests is 10,000 times.
